How long does it take for items to ship out?
Noirnicorn offers both handmade items that are fulfilled in-house and a few made to order products that are shipped directly from an outside supplier.
All in house orders are processed & shipped out within 2-5 business days.
Items ordered from our partner may take between 3-7 business days to ship.
When will my package arrive?
For an estimate of when your package will arrive once it’s shipped, please check the tracking number provided upon checkout! This number should also be on your receipt. Be sure to check your email for any updates from either the shipping carrier or our team.
If you have any trouble locating your tracking, just reach out and I can find it for you!
Why is free shipping no longer offered for stickers?
At one point Noirnicorn did offer free shipping stickers, however, due to the increase in delivery times with the USPS and the inability to track said orders, I had to make some changes. To better protect customers and make sure packages arrive safely, orders will only be sent in secure postage.

Do you take returns?
We do not offer returns.
We do not accept returns at this time due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Before placing an order, please make sure the item is in the right size, you have proper funds available, and the shipping address is correct.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds unless under special circumstances of which our team deems appropriate. We will communicate with you to find the best solution for your situation!

As of now I am removing the reviews feature from this site because it's been too difficult to use and very frustrating. One day I will figure out how to better incorporate the feature on here, but for now, if you'd like to leave a review, please give us a shout out on social media and tag us!
